An authentic, 1/24th scale representation of an all black, Supermarine Spitfire Mk. VB night fighter that served in the 111 Squadron, flying from RAF Debden in 1941 - the original "stealth aircraft". When built the model aircraft is powered by a hand-wound rubber motor, and really does fly! With a real airframe built up from precision laser-cut balsa parts and covered with lightweight model aircraft tissue, budding engineers young and old will find building and flying this kit rewarding and fun.The kit contains an accurately printed plan, laser-cut parts, tissue, rubber motor, decal sheet, detailed instructions, plastic cockpit canopy and prop spinner, propellor and PVA wood glue.
