It is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made out of vodka, so when Chase set out to make their own fine gin they needed the perfect vodka. After much experimenting, they turned their organic cider apples, grown on their own estate, into apple chase vodka and distilled that into this Elegant Crisp Gin to make the perfect gin martini (because real martinis are made from gin!).They press their own organically grown cider apples, before fermenting and distilling them into Naked Chase Apple Vodka. It is then infused with eleven carefully selected wild botanicals including Elderflowers, Lemon and Orange peel, Hops and Bramley Apple and their naturally pure water taken from the aquifer that runs underneath their orchards.
